SUMMARY:Belfast Garden Club’s First Open Garden of the Season Is a High Point
DESCRIPTION:The first of nine 2026 Open Garden Days sponsored by the Belfast Garden Club will be Saturday\, June 27 at the garden of Suzanne Ramczyk on 17 Sunrise Ridge Road in Belfast. The garden will be open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.\, with an admission fee of $5.00.\n\nSited at one of the highest points in Belfast\, the house and garden are surrounded by open sky\, woodland\, and meadow. The garden overflows with flowering perennials that are grouped inside natural stone borders and punctuated with specimen trees and flowering shrubs. A pergola rebuilt in 2025 supports beds of perennials\, herbs \,and climbing vines\, and is backed by a Tea House made from a converted garden shed. Visitors will find the garden akin to being in a private oasis within a grand natural setting.\n\nThe $5.00 admission fee supports Belfast Garden Club's many educational and civic projects\, including scholarships\, tree stewardship\, school gardens\, programs on nature\, the environment\, and gardening\, and Belfast's 13 public gardens planted and managed by the Club.
