This hike is about 1.5 miles out-and-back with steep elevation in some spots. Hiking boots and plenty of drinking water are recommended.\n\n \n\nContact Leah Trommer at leaht@coastalmountains.org with questions.\n\n \n\nDirections: From Camden\, take Washington Street/Route 105 for 2.5 miles. The Land Trust has protected over 13\,000 acres\, offering 55 miles of trails for public recreation. \n\n \n\n####\n\n \n\nCommunity Health programming is offered by PenBay Medical Center's Community Health Improvement Team and is focused on preventing and reducing chronic disease and promoting the adoption of healthy lifestyles.
