DESCRIPTION:Please join the First Church in Belfast as we relight our historic steeple and Saturday\, December 10th\, 2022.\n\n\n\nLighting and dedication will begin promptly at 5:00pm on the Front Lawn of Church Street.\n\n\n\nThe First Church steeple has been an iconic beacon in our community for more than 200 years. In 2019 the steeple was renovated and the lights were removed.\n\n\n\nThrough the generosity of the Belfast community\, members of the congregation and generous benefactor's funds were raised to relight the steeple with long lasting LED lights - the new lights will be white during the year. On special occasions the eight lower columns will be lit in color. Please join us as we bring new light and hope for the future.
