DESCRIPTION:Join the Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce and Belfast Parks and Recreation Department in kicking off the holiday season! Sponsored by Bangor Savings Bank.\n\n \n\nWhen what to our wondering eyes did appear? Is it once again that wonderful time of year??\n\nYes! Santa will be returning to the Belfast Boathouse (34 Commercial St.) on the waterfront in Belfast! Join us Saturday\, December 14th from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm for this free family event!\n\nChildren will be able to make an ornament and other crafts from Cornerspring Montesorri School\, enjoy holiday story time provided by Belfast Free Library\, a horse drawn family wagon ride from S&S Carriage Rides\, Face Painting and Photos with The Ice Queen\, and don't forget the hot chocolate provided by Waldo Community Action Partners!\n\nAnd with a successful book drive last season\, we are going to do it again! You can donate new or almost new books the whole month of November\, and early December\, at the Visitors Center at 33 Main Street in Belfast. Every visiting child will be able to take a book the day of the event!\n\nAdditionally\, Colburn Shoe Store will also provide a pair of new socks for each child while supplies last!
