Participants will rotate through seamanship roles and musical roles\, learning to both lead and follow\, to handle the lines of the boat and the lines of the songs.\n\n\n\nThe daily rhythm blends morning singing rows\, midday harmony sessions afloat or ashore\, and candle-lit evening music circles\, all designed to deepen musicality\, strengthen teamwork\, and unlock your "inner foghorn." No prior boating or musical experience is required just a spirit of curiosity and a love of community fun.\n\n\n\nInstruction\, safety gear\, and all meals are included\; we ferry from Rockland to Vinalhaven\, then hop a short launch to Greens Island. The program welcomes up to 24 people aged 15 70+\, and tuition is offered on a generous sliding scale with work-trade and financial-aid options to keep the experience accessible.\n\n\n\nReserve your berth online at atlanticchallengeusa.org and reach out to Arista Holden at arista@atlanticchallengeusa.org with program questions. Join us this summer to row in rhythm\, sing in harmony\, and come home with new skills\, new friends\, and unforgettable memories on the Maine coast.
