Start a new project or finish something you have started. Don&rsquo\;t let your lack of studio equipment be an obstacle! Waterfall Arts has a well-furnished and staffed clay studio for artists of all skill levels (*must have some experience and an orientation before attending Open Studios) to drop in and work independently on their own projects. In addition to providing a workspace and tools\, the studios at Waterfall Arts provide a forum for sharing ideas\, developing techniques\, and experimentation\, as well as an opportunity for building community. Artists working in all disciplines are welcome and encouraged to get involved.
\n\nDrop-in rates are $20 for a 3-hour session. Maximum 5 artists during Open Studios. (Students currently enrolled in any of our clay classes get a 50% discount on Open Studio rates.)
\n\nAbout the Studio Monitor: \;Chandra Elmendorf \;has a degree in fine art and has had adventures in many art mediums. She says\, &ldquo\;One of my deepest and oldest loves is clay. I was introduced to hand building and wheel throwing at the age of 7\, then moved away from it at age 11. I&rsquo\;ve been finding my way back to it ever since. I worked in sculpture briefly during my college years\, finally making my way back home to clay work for good in 2015. I don&rsquo\;t see any end to exploring the many possibilities of this special mud\, and can&rsquo\;t wait to see where it takes me next.&rdquo\;
