But if he doesn't\, it will be an early spring.\n\nPassy Pete comes forth from the cool waters of Penobscot Bay to make his prediction every Labor Day! Beginning in 2015\, the Belfast Barons are the official handlers of Passy Pete and the prediction scrolls. Passy chooses from two scrolls offered to him.
