Chine coll    the process of adhering thin papers to the surface of your rag paper to add additional support\, emphasis\, or variation to an edition   is a simple way to experiment with your work. Bring your plates and blocks to print new iterations! Previous print experience in intaglio or relief is required for this course.\n\n(*Note: Taken in a series or individually\, this workshop plus Collaborative Relief Print Workshop and Monotype Workshop  are a great way to learn a new skill to build or begin your printmaking toolkit.)\n\nAbout the instructor: Annika Earley makes drawings and prints about transformation\, in-between states\, and the experience of being a woman and parent. Born and raised near Basel\, Switzerland\, she often uses Swiss and German folktales as reference points in her work.\n\nEarley holds an MFA from Maine College of Art & Design and an M.Phil from College of the Atlantic. She has been a resident at the Ellis-Beauregard Foundation in Rockland\, ME\, Hewnoaks Artist Colony in Lovell\, ME\, Monson Arts in Monson\, ME\, Pace House Residency in Stonington\, ME\, the Walkaway House in North Adams\, MA\, and at the Burren College of Art in Ballyvaughan\, Ireland. She has been supported by the St. Botolph Foundation in Boston\, MA\, the New York Foundation for the Arts\, The Albert K\, Murray Fund\, and SPACE Gallery's American Rescue Plan Grant.
