DESCRIPTION:The Young Artists Studio is an opportunity for creatives ages 8-18 to enjoy an "open studio" experience. They are able to use any of a wide array of materials to create projects of their choosing\, for a full two hours or just drop in for a while. Each week there is a technique demonstrated by the teacher for those who need some inspiration. Otherwise\, kids work independently\, while the educator visits anyone who has a question or needs some assistance. Please make sure your child is comfortable working on their own and is happy to be focused on art making during their stay! Registration is required\, so we have up-to-date contact/emergency info for attendees   and we can avoid a crowded room! Use the form on our website or call 207-338-2222 to register in advance\, or register upon arrival. Cash/checks can be paid in the studio on the day of attendance.
