Introduction to Shamanic Journey

Come join Heather in exploring the first steps of shamanic journeying. In core shamanism, journeying is the pathway of shifting our awareness out of the everyday world into the spirit realm. By learning how to set a clear intention, we will learn how to bring back insights that can support our wellness and steps on our path of life.
In this class, we will learn the basics of what it takes to journey, including how to set up a sacred space and create a clear intention, and there will be opportunities to journey to meet helping spirits. Please bring a journal and pen to jot down messages, images, and other notes that may come up during our journey times. If you have any sort of rattle or small drum, please bring it, but not a requirement.

 

About Heather Doran, Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner :
I am an old soul that loves the ocean, the night sky, and nature. I am a Usui Reiki and Crystal
Reiki Master with over 10 years of experience. I have deepened my practices through Shamanic
studies. I also have a masters in medical anthropology which has supported my healing and
spiritual practices and my understanding of how we are all connected. I am open to learning
through study, experience, and from every person I meet. I hope to inspire those qualities within
every person I work with to help those individuals learn, grow, and transform.
