Ecocor is looking to hire a full time Office manager/Bookkeeper. Hours may be flexible for the right candidate but we would prefer full-time. This job is multi-faceted. The right person is personable and is a receptionist, assistant to the owner, bookkeeper, and all-around person who can do assigned tasks necessary. We are a small office of 5 people with additional employees and managers on the shop floor and in the field. We are a close-knit family. This job is varied and diverse and that is what makes it fun.
Benefits are offered, based upon part-time or full-time status, and are also flexible. Hourly rate negotiable based on experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Interest in Architecture, design, manufacturing and construction
• Expertise with QuickBooks as well as capacity to track work in progress and work directly with operations and project managers.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
• Familiarity with taxes and tax planning necessary
• Perform basic human resource functions.
•Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
•Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
