Job Description
Seeking a highly organized person committed to helping our company’s office run smoothly. This position is made for a team player who can step in wherever necessary and knows that every duty is important to the company’s overall success.

The Office Manager:
• Handles accounts payable and receivable, tracks cost per job, reconciles bank statements, manages the profit-loss statements and balance sheets, manages payroll
• Handles company’s financial records, enters data, generates work orders, assists with budget preparations (e.g., calculating overhead cost)
• Organizes scheduling meetings with project manager and manages new inquiries
• Files digital and hard-copy financial records

• At least five years of experience managing the office for a small business
• Proficiency with QuickBooks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Professional Customer Service

Pay and Benefits
• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
