The Captain Nickels Inn, located in idyllic downtown Searsport, Maine is expanding their team. We have immediate openings for full and part-time housekeepers. Our housekeepers are an important part of our team and work a variety of flexible schedules. We offer a positive and friendly work environment and the pay rate is commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, vacuuming, and sweeping floors, carpets, rugs. Making beds and changing linens. Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks and countertops. Laundry duties following a set procedure. Must have the ability to climb several flights of stairs while carrying up to 35 pounds. The perfect candidate must demonstrate attention to detail, display organizational skills, and be someone who can learn and adapt.
