Maine Alpaca Experience in Northport is seeking a part-time Retail Customer Service Representative. Prior retail customer service experience IS necessary. The right candidate must be at least 18 years of age and be a high school graduate. Job requirements include customer service, merchandising, sales and promotion through social media. You must be punctual; reliable; motivated; self directed and have professional communication skills. Accurate money handling, following policy and procedures, strong prioritization and time management skills are also required. We are looking for an individual with eagerness to learn and share information about alpacas and the benefits of their fiber. Someone with hobbies in the fiber arts, such as knitting, crocheting, spinning, weaving, etc., is beneficial, but not required.
