Hamilton Marine is hiring seasonal full-time and part-time Cashier Associates!

Job Summary: Cashier Associates in our retail locations support our stores in many ways, from keeping the shelves stocked with product to assisting our customers with a variety of needs. The work can be fast paced and if you enjoy helping people and working on a team, this is the place for you! Customers Come First is our #1 company value and a friendly, positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service is a must. This position pays $16.00 an hour.

Cashier - Placing orders, operating cash registers, fronting merchandise, cleaning, and other duties. As this role is the front line of contact with our customers, we're looking for excellent customer service skills. Previous cashiering experience is a plus, computer experience is required.

Qualified candidates should be self motivated, wiling to learn, and excited to grow along with our company. The right person for this job must be able to:

  1. Stand and walk for 8 or more hours per day
  2. Lift and carry 50+ lbs
  3. Perform continuous lift/carry/push/pull of heavy and awkward items
