Do you appreciate art, nature, and people? Liberty Graphics is seeking a motivated and friendly individual to work in our Wholesale Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have a sense of humor, be flexible and able to react to incoming business as well as proactively search for new accounts as time permits. The job is roughly 9:00a.m. -5:00p.m. Monday - Friday at our production facility in downtown Liberty. Occasional local or long-distance multi-day overnight travel is required to represent our products at industry trade shows at locations across the US.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
 Answer incoming phone calls
Enter wholesale orders into our database and ensure the proper fulfillment of orders
Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, and e-mail check-ins
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive
activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in customer service
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to build productive business-professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with an ability to work independently or with others.
Excellent selling, customer service and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to our customers’ needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Excellent verbal & written skills
