Front desk duties include assisting members and completing daily work in a point-of-sale computer system, answering phones and completing credit card sales. Facility Director Are you looking for an amazing job where you can have fun and make a difference in the lives of community members? We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team! The Facility Director is responsible for the safety, security, cleanliness, maintenance, improvement and day-to-day operations of the facilities, grounds, and vehicles. This person is responsible for the mechanical operation of the facility including HVAC, plumbing and heating, boiler, parking, and other maintenance operations within the facility. This position requires face-to-face leadership to represent and work with vendors and volunteers in the community. Experience in development and management of the maintenance budget is a plus. This position involves early mornings, evenings, week ends and on-call responsibilities. Custodial Staff Support We’re looking for the best and brightest to take our Y Facilities to the next level. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading charity committed to strengthening community. Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas, including such duties as mopping, dusting, and trash removal. May complete duties related to window washing, meeting set up, snow removal, grounds keeping, and other related responsibilities. If you have passion for housekeeping or janitorial expertise the Y may have a position for you! Shift options include: Monday - Friday 4pm to 8pm.
