She uses an integrative approach, looking at the person, not just the disease or the symptom. Because we are all unique individuals, each session is tailored to a client's particular health goals, nutrition needs, dietary restrictions, and food preferences. Elisa uses a team approach built on trust, non-judgement, and open communication.
