Making potholders is fun for the whole family. Potholder loom frames have been around for a good long time. Maybe you have fun memories of stretching cotton loops across a metal frame and weaving them over, under, over, under when you were a kid with your grandma or the neighborhood kids? This meditative activity ticks all the boxes: Colors! Textures! Springy fabric! Not very complicated! And in the end, you’ll have a functional potholder or two to keep or give away as holiday gifts.
This event is casual and drop-in—you probably won’t need 3 hours to make a potholder—so come anytime during the scheduled time and make a potholder or make 3. You decide.
