Shriners Ceremonial Parade in Belfast
Celebrating Ryan Otis, owner of Rollies Bar and Grill, and his appointment to Potentate, the highest local level in the Shriners. Shriners Parade begins at the Washington Street lot downtown Belfast at 1:30 pm and ends at the Waldo County Shrine Club, 85 Northport Ave.
