Learn the basics of Ayurveda, Yoga's sister science, that provides guidance on how to live in harmony with Mother Nature to maintain or regain our own health. Each of us is a unique combination of the five great elements and the three doshas (biological energies). Begin to discover your own true nature, the qualities that are unique to you, and how you can use opposites to bring and maintain balance through diet, lifestyle, herbs, yoga and meditation.
You will learn: We will do a basic dosha quiz together and help you to assess what your innate doshic constitution is that you were born with and give some basic guidelines for balance.
