Your Role: Controller / Admin Office Leader

As the Controller and leader of our Admin Office, you’ll be the go-to person for all accounting and financial operations. You’ll work closely with ownership and leadership, playing a key role in keeping our dealership running smoothly and successfully behind the scenes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations

  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements

  • Ensure accuracy in general ledger, reconciliations, A/R, A/P, and payroll

  • Maintain strong internal controls and financial processes

  • Handle floorplan management and work with banking partners

  • Prepare commissions and benefit payments

  • Oversee manufacturer accounts, warranty receivables, and co-op

  • Assist with year-end reviews, audits, and tax preparation

  • Lead, train, and support accounting staff

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to leadership

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all financial matters

 

 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

  • Dealership accounting experience preferred (Controller or Office Manager experience ideal)

  • Strong leadership skills and collaborative mindset

  • High character, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with dealership management systems (Tekion experience a plus)

 

 

 

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

(Some flexibility based on business needs)
