JOB DESCRIPTION:
Install HVAC equipment ni residential and commercial settings including heat pumps, and mini-split systems
Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction • Complete installations efficiently and accurately
Supervisors must lead installation team to ensure overall success
Responsible for material and equipment inventory Additional responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: *Required for Leads
Minimum of 3-5 years in HVAC installations and service*
Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems*
Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating*
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Must have ability to manage projects independently as well as with a team*
Safety consciousness, good attitude, high level of motivation, and ability to represent the company well to all customers is required.
Valid &Clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles EPA 608*
