Reporting directly to the Pastor, the Office Administrator is responsible for general office duties including handling daily mail/email, answering phones, and greeting visitors. The Administrator is responsible for preparing and sending the weekly e-news with the church bulletin and announcements, assisting with maintaining the church calendar, working with the church Clerk to maintain membership records, and collaborating with the Pastor to develop a monthly newsletter. This is a 20-hour per week
