Penobscot Marine Museum’s three acres and twelve exhibit buildings are open seven days a week, Memorial Day weekend through the third weekend in October. More than just static displays, the museum's collection is the largest operational fleet of its kind in New England. Both rare originals and historical replicas are maintained and demonstrated. Set on a beautiful 20-acre waterfront campus in Bath, Maine, the museum offers lighthouse cruises, a historic shipyard, rotating exhibits, lectures, and kid-friendly activities. The Belfast Historical Society & Museum celebrates and preserves the city's rich and varied history through exhibits, community programs, research, and publications that educate the public.
