Started in 1978, Ducktrap River of Maine is an all-natural smokehouse located on the coast of Maine with a strong commitment to producing premium quality smoked seafood. Ducktrap sources premium-grade seafood, uses traditional smoking techniques and combines the natural flavor of custom brining recipes with the savory smoke from local apple, cherry, maple and oak woods. Ducktrap’s wide variety of smoked items including Atlantic Salmon, Wild Sockeye, Rainbow Trout, Wild Mackerel and Shellfish, along with several other quality products, accommodate customers’ needs for diversity on menus and in retail cases.

Works under refrigeration (55 degrees F.) Required to stand, bend, twist, push and lift throughout the shift. Must wear proper “PPE” including smocks, hair net, apron, gloves, boots and face more
