We are a grassroots, survivor-powered nonprofit boldly and creatively breaking the silence of domestic abuse across Maine. We provide sister support that includes financial assistance to empower women to get and stay safe, and keep their children safe as well.

Domestic Abuse is complicated & it?s everywhere. Our neighbors, friends, family members are being terrorized in what should be the safest place of home, with courts and rights flowing to perpetrators, and scant resources available to victims. Finding Our Voices wipes away the stigma that comes from misplaced shame, provides sister support to Maine victims, and paves the way for systemic change toward safer happier lives for all.
