About Us

Melanie Frazek concentrates her legal practice in the areas of estate planning and contractual matters. She expends the time necessary to discuss options for each client’s Will, Financial Durable Power of Attorney, and Power of Attorney for Health Care. Ms. Frazek exercises the same conscientiousness in drafting these legal documents respective to each client’s needs.

In addition, her practice includes serving as an independent hearing officer for the Maine Department of Education, adjudicating disputes between parents and educational agencies/school districts regarding special education services for students.

Ms. Frazek is admitted to the Maine and Illinois bars. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Supreme Court.
