Come fly a kite at Beech Hill Preserve in Rockport on Saturday, September 6 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm for an afternoon of pure joy. This fun event is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required. Free kites will be provided to registered children, along with a coupon for a complimentary ice cream cone (ice cream will also be available for sale for adults). There is a 3/4 of a mile hike up the hill to reach our historic stone hut (the Beech Nut) where our kites and ice cream festivities will be taking place. An adult must accompany all participating children throughout the event.
