Family Lantern Making Workshop

Come play with visiting artist Valeska Populoh! Learn how to work with simple materials to make an illuminated object. Use upcycled water jugs or build a simple triangle structure with bamboo garden stakes and paper to build a lantern. Use tissue paper to decorate the exterior. Ages 6 and up—register children under age 10 with a caregiver, please. These lanterns will be perfect for our upcoming PLAY Parade in August.
