Wings & Wheels returns to Owls Head Transportation Museum on August 1 & 2, bringing a weekend dedicated to aviation excitement and transportation history. Experience aerobatic flight demonstrations, warbirds, antique aircraft, skydivers, and historic aviation displays that bring the sky above OHTM to life. On the ground, explore historic vehicles from the museum’s collection and discover the evolution of transportation across land and air. This is a full family-friendly weekend of motion, sound, and aviation energy unlike anything else in Maine. You don’t want to miss this year’s exciting performers! Scott Francis – Aerobatic Acts Vacationland Jumps – Skydivers Time Flies Air Show – Sail Glider WWII Warbirds including a P-40 Warhawk, P-51 Mustang, TBM-3E Avenger, and a C-47 Skytrain Twin Forks Flight Simulator And So Much More! Exhibitors arriving with vehicles that are 35 years old or older receive free admission for the driver and one passenger. Vehicles should be displayed for the duration of the event day whenever possible. Motorcycles of all ages are welcome to participate and join the festivities. However, complimentary exhibitor admission is reserved for motorcycles that are 35 years old or older. Riders displaying motorcycles newer than 35 years old are encouraged to attend but will be required to purchase regular event admission.
