Job Responsibilities:
? Provide compassionate, hands-on care to clients, including personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping
?Assist in caregiver recruitment with creative ideas as well as participating in job fairs, organizing hiring events and conducting online searches
? Serve as a mentor and leader to other caregivers, ensuring quality care and adherence to agency standards
? Assist with caregiver training and onboarding of new staff
? Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team to ensure the best outcomes
? Monitor client well-being and report any changes to supervisors
? Help create and implement care plans tailored to each client’s needs
Requirements:
? Minimum 4 years of professional caregiving experience
? CNA certification preferred
? Strong leadership and communication skills
?Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft products
?Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding caregivers or healthcare professionals.
? Passion for helping others & a positive attitude
? Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
? Ability to pass a background check
